Dogfather On-site Doggy Daycare and Grooming

The Dogfather's sister location, Fetch by The Dogfather, is a unique amenity to Chelsea's One North of Boston luxury apartment buildings and has gained attention from not only many real estate publications nationwide, but developers who wish to collaborate on similar projects with us at their future locations. The Dogfather will be opening up a new on-site doggy daycare location in Revere in February 2019, a location in Seaport in August 2019, and is currently working with Millenium Group on opening up an on-site doggy daycare in the Spring of 2020 at their Winthrop Square location in downtown Boston. The Dogfather team will be putting our own staff in these buildings and will operate these amenities as a third party. 

Fetch serves as the One North of Boston's #1 utilized amenity for tenants over the fitness center, pool, and more. The focus behind Fetch was to create an all-inclusive pet service to draw dog-loving tenants to the complex and has proven to reduce costly tenant turnover by at least 20% while also resulting in a 40% tenant retention rate during peak leasing months. Fetch offers doggy daycare, walking, grooming, and cat care services at well below market pricing, all with complimentary pickup and drop off to One North of Boston Tenants.
